Burl Stamp moderated the session "Reinventing Customer Service: Lessons Learned from the Best" this fall for the Kansas City Chapter of Missouri Healthcare Executives Group. Featuring Bob Page, CEO of The University of Kansas Hospital, the presentation was followed by a panel that included Judy McKee, Director of the VA Eastern Kansas Health Care Center, Ron Baker, CEO of Cushing Memorial Hospital, and Gloria Solis, Chief Nursing & Operating Officer of Saint Luke's East.

"Meeting Facilitation: Choreographing Participation for Better Results" was Burl Stamp's workshop topic at the Annual Education Conference of the Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development this fall.

Burl Stamp recently led a one-day planning retreat for the Triangle Healthcare Executives' Forum, a local chapter affiliate of the American College of Healthcare Executives, in Raleigh, NC.

"Building the Brand" is the article written by Burl Stamp that appears in the summer issue of Healthcare Strategy Alert! from the Forum for Healthcare Strategists. The article profiles the success of Progress West HealthCare Center, a new facility developed by BJC HealthCare in the rapidly growing western suburbs of metropolitan St. Louis. CAREmunication was an important component of Progress West's comprehensive plan to redefine the way health care services would be delivered in the new hospital.
