At the Forum for Healthcare Strategists annual consumer-based marketing strategies conference, Barbara McLaurine and Burl Stamp presented "Delivering on the Brand Promise: A Marketing, Operations & Human Resources Partnership." Barbara is the Manager of Marketing for Progress West HealthCare Center, a BJH HealthCare hospital that has achieved breakthrough levels of patient satisfaction in its first two years of operation.
"The Experience Imperative" was the topic of a panel presentation at the International Interior Design Association annual conference last fall. Burl Stamp participated as a featured panelist along with other health care and design leaders who focus on innovative approaches to improving patients and families' experiences in health care institutions.
"The Role of the Communication Professional in Creating Patient Satisfaction and Loyalty" was Burl Stamp's topic at a recent meeting of the Hospital & Healthcare Association of Pennsylvania.
